I have been sewing since 1993. A few years ago, I began sewing for the public making custom window treatments, garments, and craft items. I also did alterations on ready-to-wear clothes for many years.
I opened my online store in 2001 specializing in items for children. About 2 years later I expanded my selection to handmade doll clothes and other miscellaneous treasures.
My creations would not be possible without the proper equipment! I own 4 wonderful machines that I use to create my projects. I use my Husqvarna Viking Designer 1 for the majority of my sewing and all of my embroidery, a Kenmore Sewing Machine for sewing on heavier fabrics, an Elna Overlock Serger for professional edge finishing, and a Simplicity Blind Hemmer for alterations and window treatment projects.
